Ascent Capital Management is required to adopt and enforce anti-money laundering polices and procedures that include a customer identification program. As part of Ascent Capital Management anti-money laundering polices and procedures, Ascent Capital Management requires ALL customers to provide certain documents that will assist Ascent Capital Management in verifying your true identity.

Therefore, at a minimum, when opening a trading account, Ascent Capital Management will ask for your name, address, date of birth and documentation to support your identity.

If Ascent Capital Management  is unable to obtain reasonable verification, Ascent Capital Management reserves the right to request additional documentation and possibly deny your account.
